BARE is not a cleanse, detox or diet.

It is a program that will help you transform your lifestyle and teach you how to prioritize your physical, emotional and mental health. Each week is a new opportunity to learn and practice different actions in self-care that will leave you feeling lighter, more confident and energized. And you’ll be working through each week with other women, so community support will always be within your reach.

This six week program will help you stop dieting and start treating your body with respect. You’ll learn to lose more than just the weight and begin to start taking exceptional care of yourself. You’ll also learn how to stop punishing yourself with exercise and start incorporating pleasure into your everyday routine.
